Refunds will not be granted if the request is related to any violation of our Terms of Service or if your account has been terminated due to abuse, fraud, or illegal activity.

In certain situations where services have already been used or partially utilized, Hostarig may offer a partial refund at its discretion, based on the amount of service used during the billing cycle.
